“Our ancestors have always passed through here, I remember witnessing a sunset just as beautiful as this one with your grandpa,” Norman said.
“You should be bored with coming here then, I don’t think I would want to come back again after today,” Marvin his son replied
“Don’t get me wrong dad, it is an interesting site and all, but there are other sites we haven’t visited out there. Why come back here again?” Marvin continued
Norman smiled, Marvin sounded just like him at the same age.
“Your father comes back because he knows how much we miss him,” said Rocky.
“Who said that?” Marvin asked spinning around in amazement.
“His visit provides meaningful conversation, not just tidbits of gossip from strange visitors. His family,” Rocky continued in a loud voice.
“Dad what’s happening?”
“Rocky stop scaring the poor lad,” Ailsa said.
That year Marvin got inducted into the circle of friendship between the Isle of great Bernera rocks and the migrating Brent Geese and he never failed to stop by.

Very interesting story! I loved it. Are the rocks really the Isle of great Bernera rocks or was this fiction for the story? Either way, it is an excellent story!
