Isn’t it annoying how life likes to play tricks on us; like making us spend so much time searching for something lying right in front of us, but for some reason we can’t see it. And as our search increases so does our anxiety, with mounting anxiety comes reduced concentration. It could be searching for a lost item or something we hope to change/improve our life. Whatever it is the reaction is always the same. Hence, the need to relax, breath, step away from the search and start again.
Like the fish in the picture what we search for is often in plain site, but most times it makes itself known by a sudden flash movement which we might miss this if we don’t stay calm.
